Delivery Time
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Standard Delivery
• Standard deliveries are usually completed within 10 working days.

Delivery Process
• Glamora Furniture Drivers typically deliver standard and large items.
• You will receive a text, call, or email notification the evening before delivery.
• You’ll also have the option to reschedule to a different day or request delivery to a neighbour if more convenient.
Important Information
• Please scrutinize your product before requesting packaging removal. We cannot provide replacement packaging and returns of large items without original packaging cannot be accepted.
• In the case of Large items delivery , we offer ground floor delivery , if you need delivery on 1st, 2nd or any other floor , there will be £10 charges against each floor.
• If our delivery team believes it is unsafe to deliver to a specific room (e.g., upstairs, tight spaces, or areas that could cause damage to walls/flooring), they may decline room-of-choice delivery at their discretion.
